Mrs. Florence Evelyn Scott

Mrs. Florence Evelyn Scott, 89, of Thomaston died July 8, 2011 at Riverside Nursing Center.

Mrs. Scott was born on July 31, 1921 in Thomaston to the late Ben and Florence Purifoy. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her daughters; Mrs. Rosalind Scott White, Mrs. Marsha Scott and Jesse Coogler, Mrs. Becky McWaters; son Mr. Billy Scott; 8 Grandchildren; 6 Great Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
