Mrs. Dorothy Ragan Reeves age 82 formerly of Thomaston died June 23, 2011 at her sons residence in Omaha Texas.
Mrs. Reeves was born on September 3, 1928 in Zebulon, to the late Malcolm and Mary Ragan. She was employed with the William Carter Company for 30 years. Mrs. Reeves was a member of New Harmony Baptist Church.
In Lieu of Flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Thomaston Hospice.
Survivors include her sons Mr. Gerald and Maxine Reeves of Danville Virginia, Mr. Jerry and Cheryl Reeves of Lanoir, North Carolina, Mr. James and Elaine Reeves of Omaha, Texas, sister Mrs. Barbara York of Thomaston, 9 Grandchildren. Many Great Grandchildren.
Visitation
Monday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home
Graveside Service
Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at New Harmony Baptist Cemetery
Coggins Funeral Home is in charge of the arraignments.
